Mobile, web and API held by one person, so the contract between them stops being a negotiation.

VM Academy is three repositories, an Expo app, a TanStack Start web application and a Hono API, sharing one auth configuration and one database with nothing importing across the boundaries. I built all three. The response types are generated out of the server and committed into both clients, so a client one commit behind fails at compile time rather than in production.

That is the argument for hiring one person across the stack on a small product: the API returns what the screens need, the round trips that should be one request are one request, and nobody is waiting on a ticket to change a response shape.

Can you build an MVP end to end?

That is the shape of work I am built for. Kasoti went from nothing to a working monorepo with an app, an API and a database because one candidate needed a mock-test tool. Sama went from persona and wireframes to a clickable prototype before application code. Both were solo end to end.

Do you work with existing teams?

Yes. Multitax and LexVid were feature work inside established codebases with other developers, and Self Ride was built against a GraphQL backend someone else owned. I do not need to own the server to do the app well.

What if the product needs a designer?

I design what I build and I will show you Sama as evidence that it is considered rather than improvised. For anything where brand matters, bring a designer and I will implement their work properly.
