A social product on both stores, TypeScript from the first commit.
Posts, follows, chat and stories on Firestore, with Cloud Messaging for push on both platforms. Firestore is generous until it is not, so the read paths are shaped around the listeners rather than the other way round.
The codebase is organised by domain rather than by file type: API calls grouped per domain, a folder per component with its own styles file, a hook for every fetch, and navigation configured in one place. Remote Config ships copy and flag changes without a release.
Engineering notes
